Since launching the world’s first independent verification technology platform for DOOH and Static OOH in 2017, Seedooh is now operating at market scale across Australia and New Zealand. As an early adopter of global trends, 3rd Party Verification in AUNZ is now considered an important requirement for DOOH media planning and delivery.

Having designed and developed a platform to deliver a market-leading solution across Cinema, Stadium and OOH media sectors, Seedooh’s continual growth and rapid expansion into new global markets has created the requirement for a new Business Analyst to join our Seedooh Product Team.

You excel in fast-paced project environments, working effortlessly between client service, deep data analytics, and hands on, team-oriented product development and planning.

Your employment experience will demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and the ability to be agile within a technical product environment. While programming is not a requirement, you must be able to demonstrate a solid foundation of computer skills, a passion for smart technology, and a meticulous approach to work structure and scale into your day-to-day workflow.

A flexible approach to where and when you work is critical. As a customer-led, globally focussed business that provides an always-on critical technology system to our partners, with an 80% focus on the Australian and New Zealand markets, the business hours for the role is aligned to the Australian timezone.

You will have proven demonstration of:

  • Relevant tertiary education of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Information Technology fields or similar
  • Existing employment of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken English

You will require:

  • A demonstrated ability and understanding of data mining and data analytics
  • An understanding of API functions and system / data processing functions
  • Undertaking time-critical projects with good humor, a proactive and energetic approach, while keeping calm under pressure

About the Role


Working directly with partners from Australia’s leading ad agencies, direct advertisers (such as Stan and  L’Oréal), and market leading media businesses such as oOh!media, JCDecaux, MKTG, and Val Morgan Cinema; the Business Analyst role reports directly to Seedooh’s Chief Product Officer.

Following an in-depth induction and on-boarding program, you will be supported in assuming immediate client facing and level one support responsibilities, with technical counterparts within our partner businesses. This work will be conducted as part of a globally decentralized team, predominantly online within Australian and New Zealand time zones.

Your day-to-day will consist of working with Seedooh’s publisher and agency partners to ensure end users are extracting the most valuable insights and analytics from the Seedooh Platform. As a Business Analyst, you will highlight value-based insights and discrepancies when working with our buy-side clients. When working with our sell-side partners, you will ensure the optimisation of the platform and its continuous improvement. You will have significant input into the development roadmap of the platform based on your understanding of its capabilities, and your interaction with user behaviour and feedback.

Alongside a highly structured online workspace, regular office-based collaboration with colleagues is also a key requirement, so ideally you will be based in Bangkok. In addition, client facing activity via video meetings are required in order to build critical and deep knowledge-based partnerships with Seedooh’s key customers, suppliers and technology partners.
